Child Guardians offers comprehensive training and capacity-building opportunities to specialized and non-specialized NGOs in child protection. Our objective is to improve the quality of services for children by empowering partner organizations and community institutions to safely identify and refer vulnerable children and families to our specialized teams.

Through tailored training and sustained institutional support, we empower our partners to strengthen child protection and education practices.

Our Methodology

Over the years, Child Guardians has developed, tested, and refined its capacity-building methodology and training content. We offer four core training modules focusing on:

  • Child Protection in Emergencies
  • Psychological First Aid for War-Affected Children
  • Helping the Helper (self-care for frontline workers)
  • Safe Identification & Referral of children needing social protection

What steps do you take to protect children in emergency situations?

In emergencies, we provide immediate relief and support through a coordinated response team that includes PSS facilitators, case management workers, mental health specialists, and safety officers. Our team is trained to handle crisis situations with care and urgency.
