Alaa Zaza, Chairman of Child Guardians Network, delivered a powerful testimony focusing on the siege of Eastern Ghouta, where 350,000 civilians including 115,000 children faced systematic bombing and starvation. Zaza highlighted how after years of work to return 53,000 children to schools, attacks directly targeted five schools in the first week of February alone, forcing education authorities to suspend all educational activities.
