Our Safeguarding, Complaints and Code of Conduct policies

In an ever-shifting global political context, the environments in which Child Guardians and our partners operate are often volatile. As we engage in humanitarian efforts aimed at protecting children and providing education, particularly in contexts where children and displaced populations lack adequate legal protections, and have heightened risks of abuse and exploitation.

At Child Guardians, ensuring the safety of every child we encounter is our highest priority. We recognize that risks may also arise from those responsible for the care of children. We call this a safeguarding risk. For this reason, we are constantly fortifying our systems to promptly address any concerns brought to our attention.

We encourage anyone who has witnessed or experienced a safeguarding issue, or who wishes to share a concern, to contact us at XXXXX@childguardians.ngo. Rest assured that all reports will be handled promptly, confidentially, and with professionalism.

If you have any dissatisfaction with any aspect of Child Guardians’ operations, please consult our Complaints Policy for guidance on how to proceed.

For concerns or to report a safeguarding issue, you can access our incident reporting form, review our comprehensive Safeguarding Policy, or directly contact our Safeguarding Lead via safeguarding@childguardians.ngo. Detailed information on our safeguarding reporting procedures is available here.

Lastly, our Code of Conduct outlines the standards and ethical principles guiding appropriate conduct across all levels of our organisation and in all environments where we operate.
